Day 224 (13 Aug 2023) - St Gallen, Switzerland to Frankfurt, Germany
DAY 224 (13 AUG 2023) – After breakfast and morning prayers, we visited Mr Ganesh Kumar’s relatives and friends, before leaving for a 5 hour ride to Frankfurt, Germany. It was a smooth ride all the way, since it was a Sunday and there was no heavy traffic.
Along the way, on the Swiss side of the border, I travelled through routes with many beautiful and colourful wooden houses.
At one point, I came across a wooden house, so skillfully carved into symmetrical round coin-like patterns!
I also came across some apple trees, with many red and green apples growing bountifully. Apples are imported back home in Malaysia since we do not grow them due to our hot and dry climate.
