Day 109 (20 Apr 2023) - Narita & Tokyo, Japan
DAY 109 (20 APR 2023) – Yesterday, I collected my bike from the airport warehouse. However, there is still one more document needed before I began my ride in Japan – a government compulsory insurance. So today, I made another trip to Tokyo to collect the insurance that I purchased at 5,300 yen (RM 74) for a month. Now, I’m free to ride anywhere in Japan without any hurdle!
I spent the day sight-seeing in Tokyo. While on the train, I got a beautiful view of the Port of Tokyo and the Rainbow Bridge.
I also visited the Small Worlds Miniature Museum – a theme park like indoor museum displaying various landscapes of Japan and the world all at a 1:80 scale.
Interestingly, this museum opened 3 years ago right in the middle of a pandemic!
