Day 100 (11 April 2023) - Melbourne, Australia
DAY 100 (11 APR 2023) – A few days ago I had an enjoyable trip at the Bundoora Park Farm.
With the help of Mr Chandra and Mr Vasu, I got in touch with the management of the farm and we proposed a tree planting activity in this beautiful park.
I was thrilled when they welcomed the idea after explaining about my bike tour, the motto and my objectives.
Today, with the support of the park supervisor, Mr David Schreurs and farm team leader, Madam Annie Moran, we successfully planted an Acacia tree at the farm! Mr David prepared a small acacia plant, a space for the planting and provided us the tools required. The purpose was to promote the importance of saving nature and the best way to do that is by planting trees!
The fact that today is the 100th day of my bike tour journey, this makes it more memorable! My sincere thanks to the management of Bundoora Park Farm for their support and everyone who participated in this activity.
