Day 040 (10 Feb 2023) - Dili, Timor-Leste
DAY 040 (10 FEB 2023) – Finally, sent my motorbike for a good wash after the muddy incident a few days ago at Venilale.
These amazing hardworking guys took 9 hours to clean every nook and cranny of the motorbike. They literally restored it back to to showroom condition!
This was necessary because of the strict inspection and rigorous standards expected by the Australian custom officials. I have heard of people taking days to weeks cleaning their bikes to make sure they meet the standards.
The motorbike is now ready to be loaded into the container for shipment to Darwin, Australia, which is expected to be on the 15th of Feb, 2023.
