Day 027 (28 Jan 2023) - The largest city and port on the island of Timor, Kupang!
DAY 027 (28 JAN 2023) – Arrived at Kupang yesterday at about 2 am, as the ferry I boarded at Larantuka left three(3) hours later than scheduled. I met Daniel, who picked me up from the ferry terminal and took me to my hotel.
Kupang is the largest city and port on the Indonesian side of the island of Timor.
Spent the day at Kupang town, my last destination in Indonesia. After breakfast, Daniel took me around Kupang town. I visited his Bikers Coffee stall where I got to meet many of his biker friends who hang out at his stall. They were keen in meeting me.
Since it was a weekend, many people were hanging out on the sidewalk next to a busy roundabout where Daniel runs his stall from 5pm to 2 am.
